There is a boy you may not know
Who goes by the name of Cail.
For in the grand scheme of life
He would ultimately fail.
A normal life was denied him,
He lived in constant dread.
The clothes he wore were white as snow
But his soul was stained with red.
Cail was not like other children
The boy was different as could be.
His head was filled with awful things
Not thought by you or me.
For in the mind of this young man
A demon lived and feasted.
His name was Mal, his greed was great,
And his scorn hurt more than any beast did.
"Now Cail," he'd whisper to the boy
His lips curled in cruel glee.
"Listen to what I say to you
Or I won't let you be."
"They're keeping you locked in here Cail,
Like a stupid animal in a cage.
Behind your back they laugh and jeer
And I can see you fill with rage."
"So make them pay for their awful ways,
Hurt them like they hurt you.
Burn them all down to the ground.
Cail, you know what to do."
Then the demon left him
Done with his torture for the day.
